  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub the brisket with olive oil and seasonings. Smoke at 225°F (107°C) for 10-12 hours until tender.
  2. Mix cheeses, sour cream, mustard, and beef broth in a bowl for the filling.
  3. Shred the cooled brisket and combine it with the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into circles, fill with the mixture, and fold to seal.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
