  • ⅔ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
