  • 240 g coconut cream (or chilled full-fat canned coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Extract the pulp from passion fruits and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together almond milk, sugar, and agar-agar until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in coconut cream and passion fruit pulp.
  4. Pour mixture into serving cups and chill for at least four hours until set.
  5. For topping, combine passion fruit pulp (with seeds), sugar, and lime juice; let sit to meld flavors.
  6. Serve panna cotta topped with coulis.
