  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 46 button mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • ½ cup grated cheese (Cheddar or your choice)
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 dill pickles, sliced
  • 8 cups salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 12 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Slice tomatoes and avocados; mix dressing (mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, water).
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika until browned.
  3. Add quartered mushrooms to the beef and sauté until tender.
