  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade; coat well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
