  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit covered for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a bowl and mash until smooth.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and most of the crumbled bacon until creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into egg whites and garnish with reserved bacon bits and smoked paprika.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
