Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz) (rind trimmed if desired)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 whole egg (beaten)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Arrange the triangles around a small bowl placed in the center of the baking sheet, points facing outward.
  3. If desired, trim the rind from the Brie cheese and cut it into cubes. Spoon cranberry sauce over the dough ring and top with Brie cubes and chopped pecans.
  4. Fold each triangle over the filling toward the center, tucking tips under the inner edge of the dough ring.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired, then serve warm or at room temperature.
