  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil for frying
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1/4 cup yum yum sauce (or any other sauce you like)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until combined and form into four patties.
