  • ¾ cup carrots (diced)
  • 2 ribs celery (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • lbs Yukon Gold potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Mustard powder
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions
