  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 & 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 & 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
  • Turkey bacon (or substitute with crispy chickpeas for a vegetarian option)

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy; set aside to cool before chopping.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, white grape juice vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Chop broccoli into small florets and add to the bowl along with cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, red onion, and most of the bacon. Gently stir to coat.
