  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage

  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced or sliced
  • Your choice of ranch dressing
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Scallions

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts and BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours until tender. Alternatively, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce and grill over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
