  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2224 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Cooking oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and spread about 2 teaspoons of cream cheese in the center. Top with about 2 tablespoons of apple mixture.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly by folding one corner over the filling, tucking in the sides, and rolling from bottom to top. Seal edges with water if necessary.
