  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced into thin matchsticks
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 5 green onions, finely sliced
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
