Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis, trim the ends, and slice them into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices in the seasoning mix until well-coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about five minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
