Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with grease or paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in the cherries.
