  • ⅓ cup Nutella

  3. In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Warm Nutella in the microwave for easier swirling.
  6. Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full with batter and dollop warmed Nutella on top; swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
