  • 8 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup Persian cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken chunks and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
