  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
