  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts thoroughly. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Toss the dried artichokes until evenly coated.
  3. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the seasoned artichoke hearts in a single layer and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
