  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for a vegan option)
  • 1/4 cup sliced and crushed almonds (or sunflower/pumpkin seeds for nut-free)
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. Slice each sprout in half and combine with coconut oil, parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast), crushed almonds (or seeds), everything bagel seasoning, and sea salt in a large bowl.
