  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
  • 13.25 ounces strawberry cake mix
  • 12 ounces almond bark or pink melting wafers
  • Optional toppings: white chocolate, festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Mix in salt and vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually add strawberry cake mix and blend until combined into a thick mixture.
  3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Melt almond bark or pink melting wafers, stirring until smooth.
  6. Form chilled cheesecake mixture into small balls and dip into melted coating, tapping off excess.
  7. Place on parchment and add sprinkles if desired.
  8. Allow to set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
