Instructions

  1. Warm milk to about 115°F; combine with yeast and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Mix in melted butter and egg until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Let dough rise in a greased bowl for about an hour until doubled.
  5. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Roll out dough, spread filling evenly, then roll up tightly and cut into pieces.
  7. Place rolls in greased baking dish; let rise again for about 30 minutes.
