  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. For the crust, combine ground pecans, melted butter, Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute, and extracts; press into a greased 9-inch springform pan and freeze while preparing the filling.
  2. Blend softened cream cheese, additional Swerve sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in heavy whipping cream until fluffy.
  3. Spread filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
