  • 2 hearts of romaine, chopped
  • 5 oz turkey slices, chopped
  • 5 oz turkey pepperoni, chopped
  • 5 oz Provolone cheese, chopped
  • 5 oz Mozzarella cheese, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup black olives, halved
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.
