  • 1 (12oz) bag tortilla chips
  • 1 (28oz) can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 (32oz) bag Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion until soft, then add ground beef and brown thoroughly.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  3. Grease a 9×13 baking dish and slightly crush tortilla chips in the bag for layering.
  4. Combine all ingredients except for two cups of cheese in the baking dish, mixing well with your hands.
