  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam broccoli florets for a few minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Sauté chopped onions in butter until tender, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
