  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 23 portions of cooked udon noodles
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic for the marinade. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes until browned but tender. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté carrots, onions, and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Return cooked udon noodles and beef to the skillet. Toss everything together gently for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
