  • 4 slices turkey slices
  • 4 ounces goat cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely ground Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw puff pastry as per package instructions. Unfold on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Spread fig preserves over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch edge bare.
  3. Layer turkey slices on top of the preserves, followed by an even spread of goat cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary and walnuts.
  4. Roll up tightly from one end to the other, sealing the edge with moist fingertips.
  5. Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
